Free Giveaways
Our free giveaways are part of a limited-time store promotion for new customers.
No refunds are available for giveaway items.
If your giveaway item arrives defective or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Physical Products

Refunds & Exchanges Eligibility
Refunds/exchanges cannot be processed once your order has been shipped, except in cases of defect.

You may request a refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) by emailing support@dailybiblemiracles.com with:

The email used for purchase
Your digital receipt 

To be eligible, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
In original packaging
Returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Return Window

Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be sent with a tracking number (we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted.




Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval/rejection.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days (processing times may vary by bank/issuer).

Digital Products
Digital products (including free bonuses) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If the digital product is linked to a defective physical item, please refer to the Defective Items section.

Defective Items
If your item arrives defective, we’ll make it right.
Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@dailybiblemiracles.com with:
Your Order ID, Clear photos of the defective item alongside the original packaging showing your address

We will send a replacement within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If the same item is out of stock, we’ll offer you alternatives of equal value.

Important Notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions (e.g., used items, missing packaging, late returns).

Refunds will not cover shipping fees, customs duties, or other related charges.

In rare cases of delivery delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, courier issues), refunds are not guaranteed but we will assist you in tracking your order.
